Booneville girls pick up victory at Doc Vandiver Classic

The Booneville Lady Blue Devils picked up a hard fought 38-30 victory over the Holly Springs Lady Hawks on Saturday at the Doc Vandiver Classic.

Boonevilled led 10-4 at the end of the first quarter but fell behind 17-6 to Holly Springs at halftime.

The Lady Devils went on a 6-0 run in both the 3rd and 4th quarters to take the victory and move to 3-2 on the season.

Mary Houston Ivy was named player of the game with 16 points.
