Booneville cruises past Thrasher in girls basketball action

Booneville and Thrasher girls were tied at 4 early in their in-county basketball matchup on Thursday.

Then the Lady Blue Devils put on the full court press.

The result: a flurry of turnovers from the Lady Rebels of Thrasher and a 38-4 halftime lead for Booneville en route to a 52-18 victory.

The win moved Booneville to 4-1 on the season. Thrasher is still looking for their first win of the season.
